This hotel is a fantastic value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering its prime location in the old city center at the main old square. The staff are friendly and provide great service, and they also speak English. The rooms are well-appointed and the hotel pays attention to detail, as seen in the beautiful ancient wall paintings discovered in one of the breakfast rooms. The breakfast itself is delicious and served in a cozy atmosphere.
No glaring issues, everything was satisfactory.

We arrived late at night on the first day of the Xmas fair. The hotel stuff was very welcoming, kind and available. The rooms are nice and spacious, the location is excellent. Breakfast is nice and healthy and the hotel restaurant is very nice as well. Overall he had a lovely experience and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you:) Katja & Kostas.

We enjoyed the central location, the beautifully appointed room and the friendly staff. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the delightful attention of the concierge/cook, the dinner in the ground floor restaurant was also most enjoyable. Maybe it was the relaxed atmosphere of this charming old town but our stay in this gorlitz hotel was memorable
I would have preferred to pay for the accommodation in advance. I would like to rent bikes next time

Magical room with updated facilities. Fantastic location in the Old Town, opposite Tourist Information. Spacious and modern room with a nice view. Very clean, especially the bathroom. Walk-in shower stall for added comfort. Historical fresco remains in the breakfast room. Excellent outdoor restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Practical and inexpensive nearby parking
No complaints.

Could not have been better. Easy to find, perfect location. Staff spoke English as well as German. Restaurant at the hotel was the best in Gorlitz. Easy walk to all the grand sites and over to Poland. Our room was spacious and light. The only regret is we only stayed one day. We will return as Gorlitz needs time to see everything.

Problem with car parking. No warm meals for breakfast. Wi-Fi at extra cost - amazing...

Spent my Christmas break in an old building that had a good location with modern and well-furnished rooms, complete with lovely murals. The breakfast selection was good and had a variety of bread, cold meats, cheese, boiled eggs, and even muesli. The staff was amiable and made our stay comfortable.
There was no internet connection, which could have made our stay more enjoyable in this time of technology. I had trouble sleeping because the noise level was high due to the nearby square with open-air restaurants, clock towers chiming and people on the street.

The exterior and location are magnificent but the room was simply stunning. Top to bottom, it exceeded all of our expectations. Excellent service at the front desk and in the charming restaurant. The room was huge, modern, clean, and our jaws dropped at how nice it was. I hope we get back to Görlitz so we can stay here again.
Loved everything about it.

Nothing negative.

This hotel is conveniently located right in the center of historic Gorlitz, close to some restaurants and historical areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet at nighttime. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food, including muesli, cheese, cold meats, and bread. The staff are friendly, and the elevators are available for those who prefer not to use the stairs. The hotel also offers safe parking only a few minutes away from the hotel for a reasonable fee.
The WiFi is not included in the room rate, which can be inconvenient for those who rely on staying connected while on vacation.

We stayed here before and the hotel staff were pleasant, it is very nicely located and the rooms are nice. The food here is amazing.
This time around I went not with my partner but with some all male friends. Although we were not loud or anything we got the impression the staff didn't want us there, being all male.

Excellent location in the historic centre, in a beautifully restored old building.
Pity the restaurant was closed on the evening we were there (a Tuesday) as other eating options in the town were fairly limited.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the old city center at the main square. It doesn't get better than that! We had a lovely view of the square from our room, which added to the charm of our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And the breakfast, wow! It was substantial and had a great variety of fresh food. You won't go hungry here!
No drawbacks, everything was fantastic!

Great breakfast and nice room. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh food and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was also perfect for exploring the city center and all its attractions. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything we wanted to see.
No air conditioning made for a very uncomfortable stay during the summer heat. , the staff was not very accommodating or friendly when we asked for a fan to help cool down the room.

We arrived early and there was no problem to leave our bags at the front desk while we eplored Gorlitz. Easy check in, good service at front desk. Needed bicycles and they were delivered to the hotel for us. Nice breakfast. Good coffee.
